Lensmilk takes impersonation and deepfake misuse seriously. To use our platform, you must adhere strictly to our consent policies:

• You MUST only upload photos of yourself, or photos where you have explicit written consent from the depicted person for AI-generated likeness use.
• Uploading images of public figures, celebrities, politicians, or any person without their documented consent is strictly prohibited.
• This platform may not be used to create deceptive content, misinformation, non-consensual intimate imagery, or material that disparages real individuals.
• Violations of these terms may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and referral to law enforcement or legal action where applicable.

You may only upload an image if one of the following applies to you:

• Self-Upload: You are the person in the photo.
• Professional Representation: You are a professional talent agency, employer, or representative acting on behalf of a consented model.
• Explicit Release: You hold a signed model release from the depicted person specifically authorizing AI-generated video and likeness use.

Use of generated videos must comply with the following boundaries:

By using Lensmilk, you confirm that all images you upload comply with these terms. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lensmilk, its employees, and affiliates against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your content or your violation of these terms.
